Job Title: Pre-sales Engineer

Position Overview

The Presales Engineer acts as the technical expert supporting the sales process. 

  • Core Focus: Develop technical solutions & BOQs tailored to client needs (LAN/WAN, FTTx, OSP, structured cabling).

  • Conduct site surveys, create detailed schematics (AutoCAD/Visio), and prepare tender/technical proposals.

  • Present solutions, perform value engineering, and respond to consultant RFIs/RFPs.

  • Collaborate with sales, delivery teams, and vendors for seamless project execution.

  • Support PoCs/demos and post-sales technical handover.​

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a pre-sales, technical sales, or technical support role.
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts, architectures, and solutions relevant to the company’s products.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Must Have

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Willingness to travel as required
